CodeS of conduct Policies
MTP is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Our two Codes of Conduct, one for our community and one for our patrons, sets clear standards of behaviour and aims to create a positive environment that supports MTP’s mission. The “MTP Community” means anyone participating in an MTP production, and a “Patron” means anyone who is attending any MTP event.
Injury Reporting Policy & Form
This policy addresses reporting and record-keeping expectations for incidents occurring during MTP sanctioned events and productions. This policy covers incidents of physical or bodily injury and/or harm (hereby referred to as “injuries”).
Pay What You Can & Relaxed Performance (2025/26 Season) Policy
This policy is intended to provide two ways that we can make our performances more accessible.
Ticket Policy
These policies are intended to create a positive experience for all of our patrons with regards to discounts and promotions, ticket exchanges, missed performances, ticket refunds, and inclement weather.
Use of MTP’s Resources Policy
This policy provides acceptable uses that ensure we know how to request, when we can say yes to a request, and how we appropriately track resources.
Use of AI Policy
This policy outlines the principles, guidelines, and responsibilities regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at MTP. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that AI is implemented ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with our mission, vision and values as an organization.

The purpose of this policy is to outline standard expectations around expenses and reimbursements.
