What is the show about?

Everything’s coming up roses with this classic musical based upon the autobiography of striptease artist Gypsy Rose Lee.  GYPSY centres upon Mama Rose, the consummate Stage Mother who prods and pushes her daughters June and Louise into a vaudeville career at any cost in order to fulfill the dream of stardom she never achieved herself.

GYPSY boasts one of Broadway’s greatest scores featuring songs like “Let Me Entertain You”, “Some People”,  “If Momma Was Married”, “All I Need Is the Girl”, “Everything's Coming Up Roses”, “You Gotta Get A Gimmick” and “Together Wherever We Go”.

Everything is Coming Up Roses at the Palace Theatre This March
OEVHub
Many would argue it is one of the greatest American musicals ever written. Gypsy, adapted from a book by Arthur Laurents, is a profound and very human comedy-drama based on a true story.
