SHAN ANDERSON

For MTP: Debut. Shan Anderson hails from The Bahamas, but now calls London home. She has graced the stage for Mavis Productions in Young Frankenstein, and Rocky Horror Show. As well as an original play written by London local Jason Ripp called Flowers and Thorns. In her spare time, she loves to read and crochet. Thank you to everyone coming to see the show! 

Kevin Avram

Kevin would like to thank his family for their constant support and encouragement, and his loving partner Nicki for always being his biggest fan. He'd also like to thank MTP and the wonderful people involved with The Beauty Underneath for this opportunity; the experience has been nothing short of incredible and has stoked his passion for performance once again.

TAMEKA BROWN

MTP: Trix in The Drowsy Chaperone (co-pro with Allswell), Cinderella (co-pro with LCP). This is Tameka’s third show in London, and she wants to thank her husband, sons, family, and friends for all of their love and support since she started this journey! To all of the theatre friends that she’s met thus far, thank you for welcoming her with open arms – it’s truly been a Thriller!

Keirah Buckley

MTP: Debut. Other theatre: Miss honey: Matilda (LYTE), Broadway with a Twist (Arts for all kids), Witch: Into The Woods (LYTE), Little Fiona: Shrek (BMT), Calum and The Whale (London Fringe), Little Red: Red Riding Hood (London Fringe). Keirah is currently in grade 11 attending H.B. Beal Secondary School and is enrolled in the enriched art program. Keirah is also a senior member of LYTE’s company. Keirah would like to thank her family and the amazing cast and crew of The Beauty Underneath!

LINDSEY BURNS

For MTP: Debut. Other Theatre: Seussical and How To Succeed In Business (Stratford Community Players) and Taming Of The Shrew (Funeral Pyre Theatre). Lindsey is also founding member of local alternative country band, Lindsey & The Lonelies. Her favourite musical is Jesus Christ Superstar. Lindsey is proud to be a part of this cabaret as her debut with MTP and she's looking forward to seeing her son in the audience.

Matt Butler

For MTP: The Drowsy Chaperone, Cinderella, Joseph, A Killer Party!, Sweeney Todd, The Light in the Piazza, The Little Mermaid, as well as a number of cabarets. Other Theatre: Visiting Mr. Green (Praxis), The Black Bonspiel (LCP), The Romeo Initiative (Allswell), All Together Now! (Palace Theatre), Beauty and the Beast (LCP). Matt would love to thank all the freaks and geeks in his life for their love and company. When Matt is not doing shows, he loves to sleep.

Jensen caughlin

For MTP: Debut. Other Theatre: Toohey and Mr. Carswell in The Donnellys (LCP). Jensen started his foray into Community Theatre late in life but is having a blast and shows no sign of stopping anytime soon!

For MTP: Debut. Other Theatre: #4: Concord Floral (LYTE), Johanna: Sweeney Todd (LYTE), Granny + Cinderella’s Mother: Into the Woods (Grand Theatre High School Project), Baker’s Wife: Into the Woods (LYTE), Gargoyle/Ensemble: The Hunchback of Notre Dame (AK Arts Academy). Jorja currently attends H.B Beal Secondary School where she is a part of the Performing Arts Program and is a proud member of LYTE’s senior company. She would like to thank her friends and family for all their love and support!

NOHL EGAN

For MTP: Debut. Other Theatre: Chicago (Theatre Western), Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Studio Black), West Side Story (Opposite Town), Tuck Everlasting (NUOVA Vocal Arts), Fiddler on the Roof (CKSS). Nohl is a multi-faceted emerging artist with over a decade's worth of onstage experience. He would like to thank his family and friends for their continued support of his passion for performance.

AUTUMN EYLES

For MTP: Debut. Other theatre: White Christmas, Chicago and Snoopy with OKTC. Autumn currently attends Western University, pursuing a major in French. In her spare time she likes to read, binge rom-coms on Netflix and go shopping. She wants to thank her parents and close friends who have shown her unconditional support in continuing to pursue theatre. 

HALEY GELINAS

For MTP Debut. Other Theatre: B-O-D-Y (Simcoe County Theatre Festival), Jesus Christ Superstar (SLC), Spring Awakening (SLC), The Addams Family (SLC). When Haley is not in rehearsal, you can find her in the studio teaching various styles of dance. Haley would like to thank her friends and family for coming to support her!

SUE HARRINGTON

For MTP: The Drowsy Chaperone (Ensemble/ Ms. Tottendale US) and Cinderella (Grace). Other Theatre: Finding Hyde (Martha - Banished by the King and LCP), Titanic (Alice Beane - Peace Players), and Freckleface Strawberry (Harry- Storybook Theatre). Sue wants to thank her partner Chris who supports her in doing the things that she loves. The before rehearsal forehead kisses make it all worth it! She would also like to thank Lambie and Griffin for helping her learn her lines by sleeping and purring on her sheet music every time, without fail.

TRINITY HARRISON

For MTP: Joy in Cinderella. Other theatre: Cinderella’s Mother in Into The Woods (St.Clair College). Trinity is a graduate from St.Clair College for Musical Theatre Performance. Off the stage, you can find Trinity reading an absurd amount of books and enjoying time with friends and loved ones. Have a spooktacular time!

ELLE HOUNSE

For MTP:  Nunsense; Bye Bye Birdie; JCS; Songs for a New World; Heathers; Hello Dolly. Other Theatre: You Are Here (LCP); Evil Dead; Little Shop of Horrors; Night of the Living Dead Live! (Iglesia); Saucy Jack (Link) Company (Fountainhead); Terrorism (Passionfool). After a few year hiatus, Elle is delighted to be involved with this incredibly professional and talented team of artists on this beauty of a production. Thanks for coming, enjoy the show!

Eric Jamieson

For MTP: Cinderella (Ensemble) and Joseph (Naphtali). Other Theatre: Bring It On and Godspell (St Andre Bessette). Eric can’t wait to hit the stage, and would like to thank the creative team for their dedication to this show! Eric also performs with the Aeolian Pride Chorus and is currently studying psychology and disability studies at Kings.

NICOLA KLEIN

For MTP: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, A Killer Party, Quarantine Story, Sweeney Todd. Other theatre: Perfect World: The Musical (a staged reading), Beauty and the Beast (LCP), Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens (LINK Theatre). Nicola is a lover of all things spooky and is very excited to return to MTP as a cast member of this cabaret! When she is not performing, she enjoys watching foreign tv shows and collecting albums. 

LUCAS MCHUGH

For MTP: Ensemble - Hello Dolly!, Dan/Butler/Joseph U.S. - Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Lionel - Cinderella. KARA PIHLAK

For MTP: Kara was a part of the first version of MTP's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat in 2020. Kara appeared in Pacheco's Theatre's The Who's Tommy, and was involved in King Players Theatre Company. Kara is a Director of a non profit child care centre here in London. Kara thanks her friends and family for their enduring love and support.

BRONWYN POWELL

For MTP: Cinderella (The Queen), Hello Dolly! (Dolly), Light in the Piazza (Signora Naccarelli), Zorba (Woman), and Follies (Carlotta). Bronwyn appeared most recently in The Donnellys (Johannah Donnelly) with LCP. Bronwyn is thrilled to be immersed in this creepy cabaret with its shockingly splendid, tragically hip production team, and freakishly fine cast and crew! Thanks to family, friends, and to you, for your support, and willingness to seek in life the beauty underneath.

KIRA SHUIT

For MTP: Debut. Other Theatre: Urinetown, The SpongeBob Musical (OKTC), Sweeney Todd (LYTE), Into the Woods (The Grand). Kira is ecstatic to be doing their first show with MTP. While not performing, Kira draws and plays games with friends. Kira would like to thank their family for supporting them

STEPHANIE SIMONETTA

For MTP: Debut. Other Theatre: Hunchback of Notre Dame (Florika) with AK Arts, All Together Now (Ensmble) with LCP, Romeo and Juliet (Nurse) with Troubadour Theatre. Stephanie is excited to be a part of and share this hauntingly beautiful vision with her family, friends and the audience. She is delighted with the reminder that all things can be beautiful with the right perspective. 

RYAN STARKWEATHER

For MTP: Debut. Other theatre highlights include - My Fair lady, Anything Goes, Hot Mikado (Hamilton Theatre Inc.) A Little Night Music (Drury Lane Theatre) Rigoletto (Brampton Lyric Opera). A monster thanks to Lauren for shuffling schedules to allow me to fit this into our crazy life and a big Frankenstein thanks to Finn and Hadley for reminding me how much fun theatre is even if it is scary.

DYLAN TRAHAN

For MTP: Debut. Other Theatre: Young Frankenstein (Mavis Productions), Joseph (Kincardine Theatre Guild), and his professional debut in Norm Foster's Melville Boys (Bluewater Summer Playhouse). When not on stage, he's making analog glitch art under the pseudonym TV Ray Vaughan. A special thanks to the love of my life, Tannis for always supporting me in pursuing my dreams.

Jacob Wiley

For MTP: George - The Drowsy Chaperone, Raccoon/ Coachman - Cinderella, Shane - The Wedding Singer. Other Theatre: How Did We Get Here, Theatre Gods, Two-Headed Boy (PentaTheatre), Beauty and the Beast, The Tempest (PTAC), MacBeth (Good Foundation Theatre). Jacob has a diploma from Fanshawe College for Theatre Arts, is a proud member of the MTP Board of Directors, a founding member of PentaTheatre and absolutely loves to be on stage. Jacob would like to thank his family and friends for all of the support.

Steve allen

Steve is the Head Technician for the Auburn Stage, who has been working to produce shows of all sorts for two decades. Steve has designed and/or implemented sets, lighting, sound, and projections for hundreds of shows for a number of companies including MTP, Allswell, LCP, Goderich Little Theatre & the Grand Theatre to name a few.

Melissa Buchanan-Paquette

Melissa comes from Sudbury, where the dramatic arts are a place of opportunity to concentrate on the Arts. Melissa preferred to work backstage to help performers get ready for the main stage. When there is an opportunity to put on a show, she will be there with a helping hand. 

SHANNON BELIAK

Shannon previously worked as an assistant director and stage hand for The Children’s Theatre Project in Richmond Hill, working on musicals such as Into the Woods JR, Legally Blonde, and Lion King JR. Shannon is a photographer and crafter, with a love for musical theatre. She started prop making in 2014 as a cosplayer, and then transitioned into making props for theatre in 2016

JENNIFER CAHILL

Jennifer Cahill (Music Director, Reeds; BMus, MMus) is a dedicated, passionate musician and educator. As both a woodwinds specialist and music director, Jenni has been a part of 33 community theatre productions in the past 12 years. Previous shows she has performed in with MTP include Cinderella (2022) and Hello Dolly! (2018). This year alone Jenni has worked on 7 productions: SpongeBob, Pure Imagination, Chicago, Urinetown, County Fair, Fun Home (all OKTC), and The Beauty Underneath. Next up: Charlie!

LISA CARDINAL

Lisa is perturbed to be back in the booth and disturbed for the trust in taking on two roles. Credits: Lighting Designer for LCP’s The Game’s Afoot (2023 Upcoming), LYTE (2022-Present), and MTP’s Cinderella (2022). Technical Coordinator for PTAC’s London Fringe (2021). Stage Manager for MTP’s postponed Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (2020), as well as many shows for Pacheco Theatre (2015-2021), and Project G Force (2018 & 2023). Education: Theatre at York University. She is ungrateful to her husband, Adam, for his constant support. Make a face at her in the booth!

Megaria Halim

Megaria is a collaborative pianist who graduated from the University of Western Ontario and is currently based in London, Ontario. In addition to performing a wide range of both traditional and contemporary classical repertoire for solo and chamber ensembles, she is also very excited about working with the musical theatre community in Canada. Megaria was involved in A Grand Night for Singing with Original Kids and Damn Yankees with the London Community Players.

Jesslyn Hodgson

Jesslyn has been involved as an actor with MTP for many years, most recently playing the role of “Janet” in The Drowsy Chaperone. She is also a member of Banished by the King Productions, where she has collaborated on workshopping, producing and performing original pieces of theatre since 2015. Off the stage, Jesslyn works in the field of digital project management. It’s been a joy to combine her love of theatre, Halloween, and project management to bring this vision to life!

Lyss Leis

For MTP: “Asher” in Joseph. Other Theatre: All Together Now! with LCP, The Wolves, Seussical, Oliver!, with LYTE. Lyss is so excited to have been able to choreograph this show! They would like to thank their family and friends for the support, their fellow cast and crew, and mentors Melanie Stewart, Claire Martin and Ruth Noonan for teaching them so much over the years.

Regine Li

BRITTNEY-LEE LOWEY

(KP). Brittney-Lee is a recent graduate of Western University, where she received her BA in Theatre Studies. She would like to dedicate each performance to her lost loved ones, and thanks everybody for all their support! She hopes you all enjoy the show, and have a HAUNTINGLY great time!

caleb martin

Caleb is excited to make his MTP and musical theatre debut! He studied music performance and education at York University and is now an elementary music teacher in Tillsonburg. You can find Caleb on stage regularly at Gateway Church and with his r&b/pop cover band, Stringhoppers Live. Caleb thanks his wife, Anastasia, for her love and support. 

Mariann Sawyer

For MTP: A Killer Party (Props), Joseph (Props). SELECTED CREDITS: Finding Hyde (Makeup Design/ASM - LCP), The Black Bonspiel (Stage Manager-LCP), The Donnellys (Video Design/Video Mapper/ASM- LCP), How Did We Get Here? (Assistant Director - Penta Theatre), Hamish (Co-Producer-LCP), and The Game’s Afoot (Director- LCP). Mariann was trained within the Theatre Arts - Technical Production program at Fanshawe College, and under many workshops through The Stratford Festival. Mariann is a current member of IATSE local 105.

Rae Tenkate

Rae is a freelance hair and makeup artist with experience spanning film, television, bridal, and editorial projects. Her day job is at a salon offering hair colour, cuts & styling as well as makeup services. Rae was valedictorian of CMU's comprehensive makeup artist program and completed the fashion studies course at Seneca College. She also achieved top honors in Hairstyling at the Ottawa Beauty Academy. Thank you to Henry, our director, for believing in her.

Henry Truong

This is Henry's first time directing for MTP, having performed with them since 2013, which makes his relationship with this company TEN YEARS OOOOOOOLD. Much love to Margot, for whom he made that reference, and to you keeners out there who caught it. We see you. He previously directed Striking 12 for Kitchener-Waterloo Little Theatre, and was lead video editor for MTP's digital cabaret Quarantine Story. He is eagerly anticipating his next project, “being asleep”. Give me the gun, Meg.

Ben Williams

Ben has recently played trombone in The Drowsy Chaperone for MTP, as well as Something Rotten for the King's Players, and bass for Spring Awakening with Western Hillel. He was also on stage as Hero in Althouse's A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum!

Ben also plays with the London Concert Band and co-conducts Undercover-Mix a cappella ensemble. Ben is a teacher with TVDSB and enjoys watching movies, tv, and soccer in his downtime.

Heather Williams
